How Support Works

Every participant follows a proven five-step journey to move from where they are to where they want to be.

Every engagement begins with understanding each person's goals, skills, experience, and circumstances. The EDACT team assesses career interests, identifies barriers, and maps opportunities that match each participant's potential.

Using assessment insights, EDACT develops a personalized preparation plan tailored to each participant's target career path. The plan specifies the skills, credentials, tools, and connections needed to become competitive in the job market.

EDACT actively links participants to real opportunities, employers, training programs, hiring events, and mentor networks. Connections are intentional and matched, not passive listings.

EDACT supports participants through application, interview, hiring, and onboarding. Coaches provide guidance, practice, and advocacy to help secure the right role and start strong.

Every engagement includes follow-up support to ensure retention, wage growth, skill advancement, and long-term career progression. EDACT tracks placement outcomes and stays connected for the next step up.
