EDACT advanced its mission by launching core programs, supporting community-focused initiatives, and strengthening internal operations.
This is EDA’s own flagship program, built from the ground up. We created the foundational structure, developed the program framework, and built momentum through strategic planning and operational setup. The program provides underserved communities with access to tools, resources, and guidance to grow sustainably.
EDA played a hands-on role in start-up planning, program design, branding, outreach, marketing, and social media engagement. By supporting all these facets, we ensured that the initiative effectively promotes BIPOC entrepreneurship and provides meaningful opportunities for growth, mentorship, and networking.
Through tailored capacity-building support, we helped Mending Hearts enhance internal processes, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. This mirrors our IAPN approach, where nonprofits receive strategic guidance and tools to strengthen their impact.
With the transition from MAC to EDA, we prioritized scaling our internal operations expanding worksforce, creating structured processes, and building organizational systems that enable both programmatic growth and more effective community support.
