About EDA
Equitable Development Action (EDA) champions equity, economic inclusion, and generational wealth-building in underserved communities. We use community events, training, and workforce support to break down systemic barriers and help people thrive.
Founded in 2019 as the Minnesota African Coalition (MAC), EDA originally focused on African immigrant disparities. Today, our mission serves a broader population facing economic and systemic challenges. We host impactful forums, summits, and grassroots events throughout the year and this summer, we’re growing fast and need extra hands on deck.
